For Women, Korea Here We Go!
Feminine Products
Keep in mind that pads are everywhere and in most local stores. The brands will differ (mostly) from your home countries brands so make sure to watch some Youtube videos on preferred feminine products in Korea. Once I get to Korea I will make a post about my preferences. I heard that in bigger stores in Korea they even have a section where you can see individual pads and someone there will help you figure out what is best for you and your body.
If you mainly use tampons I'd recommend bringing them from home since they are not as widely available in Korea and they tend to be more expensive.
If you'd like an alternative to pads and tampons I suggest bringing a June/Diva Cup (The June cup is $6) or Soft discs (they run about 12 to an $11 box.) Remember you can keep these items in 12 hours at a time. Keep in mind that if you bring a June/Diva cup to make sure you have a place to properly sanitize the cup.
Over the counter BC is available and so are condoms.Source + search Youtube for videos on what size pads to get in Korea, and what brands are preferred.
Clothing Dont's
No Croptops
No cleavage
Don't go bra less
*these rules don't really apply in bigger cities such as Seoul where they tend to be less conservative (except they still don't really support going out bra less.)
Clothing Do's
You can wear short skirts, shorts, and leggings
Try layering a button down shirt with a sleeveless dress or one that normally shows cleave. There are also these bib things that have that same effect without the hassle of an under shirt. Here are "fancy" ones.
From what I could tell from Kdramas and street fashion videos Koreans tend to lean more towards plainer, stylish pieces. Such as a plain button down with jeans and a blazer or a chunky sweater with a mini skirt and a cute hat. If you'd like to spruce up a plainer outfit I'd recommend this cute belt corset I got on Amazon (it doesn't constrict like an actual corset) and it is true to size. If you're more into cute earrings, unique mini skirts/pants, cute blouses I recommend shopping from Shein. At least once a month they do a free shipping special.Though you can always leave room in your luggage for when you go out shopping for clothes (clothing that caters more to the US body type would be located in larger cities such as Seoul.)
Tattoos are accepted but I recommend if you are in a more conservative area or in the sun all the time to cover up your tats with either clothing or one of these UV protection sleeves .
For more endowed ladies I recommend this bralette, you need at least one good bra when you are abroad. From what I could gather from Korean Dramas it is not socially acceptable to go around without a bra.
*Keep in mind the weather for when you're abroad, so pack accordingly. Also, on beaches make sure you pack a conservative leaning swimsuit and a swimsuit cover if your swimsuit is somewhat scandalous.

Womens razors suck in my opinion so I suggest Mens razors instead
