Soju!
In order to better prepare myself for my trip in addition to looking up information about flights, visas, and phone plans I thought it would be a good idea to start cultivating a taste for Soju! I was able to acquire some Soju at my local large liquor store.
My first impression of Soju was that it was very light in strength, sort of a like a watered down vodka with a hint of spicy orange flavor. After the second shot I was able to feel more of the burn of the alcohol as more of the notes developing. I think this would be super tasty with some ramyeon!

-Chicken Broth
-Seasonings such as onion power, garlic powder, and salt
-Dash of Green Siracha
-Some Soy Sauce
-2 Sliced Hard Boiled Eggs
-Caramelized Onions
-Stir Fry Veggies (frozen)
